Start your transformative morning with a blissful moving meditation in the
salt caves with Alex. The negatively charged ions in the beautiful salt caves will improve your health and mood. This 30-minute breath therapy session will allow your mind to totally relax and zen-out while breathing in the goodness of the environment. Following your peaceful salt-cave experience, Alex will engage you in a mindful conversation about ways to promote self-regulation, tools to heighten awareness, and combat stress responses in the body, thereby promoting peace in the mind. You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and how to reflect and react more positively.

After we delve into your relationships, nourish your body with Phyllis. Pained to watch people try diet program after diet program, her approach is to treat the whole person using Psychology of Eating principles and work with the mind and the body together. Phyllis teaches you how to eat for better energy, the best foods to eat for longevity and brain health, how stress affects your body, your brain, and your creativity. You will gain a better understanding of your relationship with food, a specific action plan, feeling confident, empowered and in control, and how to develop a nourishing relationship with your body and food.
